"Getting Probation is a joke"
66"Getting Probation is a Joke"
"Probation is not a help but a hindrance to you"
There are thousands of people in this world that commit crimes every day sometimes by
just being in the wrong place at the wrong time they're charged with a crime.
Then there's others that do unspeakable crimes and feel no remorse for their wrong
doings.
For what ever reasons people commit these crimes, they are put in jail to pay for the crimes
they committed.
The prison system put probation laws in place to sucker someone into it, that doesn't know
any better supposably to help those that want to be free to stay free.
From searching of the truth about this probation act, I find that it's much better to do your time than to get the probation freedom that's thrown at you.
Getting Probation just to be free on bail, is not a good option for the prisoner because you have to pay for it, plus you are subjected to all the penalties of probation.
Many people that get probation is happy to be out of jail ,because they think that they are now free.
If they looked at all the requirements that they had to abide by; they would soon realize that they aren't free after all.
Getting probation only compounds your problems, because now you have to walk the straight and narrow road or go back to jail, because your probation has been revoked.
When you get probation ,they don't tell you that, they pick your friends who you can and cannot see, The authoratives tells you what you can and cannot do; although you're out of jail on the premis of being free.
You don't realize it yet, but your freedom has being intercepted by your probation laws and that means; you can no longer be around people in your situation
You cannot drink alcoholic beverages, you can't do any kind of drugs and you do have a curfew, you can't visit the bars are be in the company of any known felons and you can't have no weapons in your possession.
You can't miss any of your meetings with your probation officer, so in all your can't do's of your probation, does it finally make you see that getting probation is a big joke that you have to live with now that you have.
Probation is being out of jail but you're still confined to the laws of your porbation laws, which means your freedom is still in the provoked mode, because of your probation.
So, I think it's best for anyone to do their time because of the flaws that come with probation,so do your time and get it over with; so you don't have the sword of damaclees hanging over your head infdefinitely.

Very illiterate. When your offered probation don't take it, because going to jail is way better because your going to have the chance of being rapped, blackmailed, and forced to commit other crimes inside the jail or prison walls that can keep you in their longer. Not to mention that people die on a daily basis in prison or jail. SO if you want to take all those chances which isn't it a chance and most of those things will occur to you, unless you join a prison to have protection, but then you'll just have to be their slave and do what they tell you or they will kill you. I'm sure probation doesn't seem like a bad choice now.
So you'd rather be in prison than be at home. Sounds like a ploy to teach States a expense lesson- Heck, if 20% of folks folowed this rule the system really would be screwed. so we should all ask to go to jail in lieu of probation.
Anyway, unless your a "real threat" and rollow all the check in rules they'll usually leave you alone.
Most have a huge case load and would hope you die instead of chasing you for nor doing the simple things they ask.
But thanks for the laugh
I found your post entertaining. If you got caught then, you "slipped" and you gotta pay for it one way or another. I have never been in a situation as such but from friends who have been in jail I know that is not somewhere you want to be. At least being out on parole you can sleep in your own bed, have more options in terms of food and nobody tells you when to eat or when to sleep ... I would take bail anytime ... I could not stand having someone tell me when to get up in the morning. That's just my opinion though.

Thank you James, for your visit and comment, I appreciate you. I tried telling my son that probation, is a set up for failure and now he knows. God bless you. creativeone59
