"High Self Esteem Should Aways Be a Priority"

I have always had a certain amount of high self esteem, but not the big head self esteem. I got married at a very young age; and my self esteem got put on the back burner for a minute. In realizing that, I came to the conclusion that putting your self esteem on the back burner for even a minute is not an option. When you live with someone that's constantly nagging, raising hell and putting you down every chance they get; then it's hard keeping your self esteem high on your list of things to do. I have learned that there are people out there; that will put you down, because of their jealousy, or envy or hatred, but we can't allow anyone to pull us down to a low self esteem image. What we must remember is God the father made us in his own image and their is nothing to be a shame of in us, just honor and worthiness: because we're children of almighty God. We also have to remember that Satan is working on his job 24-7; to make our lives miserable any way that he can, so that means being verbal and physical abuse by others.

When we lose our self esteem, we lose our identity, but always remember that no one can take  anything  away from you, unless you willingly give it to them. Sometimes we have to fight hard in this life for the things that we have, and this includes one's self esteem. Because of the haters out there in the world that's digging ditches and holes for us to fall into... an other tool of Satan. There are some many people in this world that are so miserable; that they don't want to see anyone esle happy....so they go out of their way to wreck havoc with our lives: if we let them.  Self esteem is honoring and respecting ourselves and feeling good about who we really are; and necer letting anyone take our God given light that shine
and never letting anyone take  away our God given light that shine for us.  If we have high self esteem.... we're going to care about what we look like, and try to keep our self appearance up. Self esteem is not only self appearances; it's also about how we carry ourselves around people and present ourselves to the world. Self esteem give us confidence to be the person that God made us to be and feeling proud about who we are.

High self esteem is always going out of our way to be better and do better things for ourselves; and not letting anyone tear us down: whether it's our husband, boyfriend, or girlfriend or just so called friend or whoever.  God made us the best, with his best and we shouldn't let anyone take that away from us. So, always walk with your head held high, dress good, look good, do good, and let your God given beauty shine through.  If we're battling low self esteem; that's the pits,because we don't give a hoot or a holler about our appearance or anything else: which makes it a sad and tough situation. If we allow this situation to rule over our lives, we have dishonored God and ourselves to boot. We have to dig ourselves out of the self pity party and the woe me hole, and fight back for what we believe in.  If we allow self debilitating thoughts and situations rule our lives; we're only going to be angry at ourselves for allowing it to happen, in the end.  We do have a God to pray too, and he'll help us get our lives back together if we ask for his assistance.

So,  if we find ourselves in the bottom of the barrel; and the person in the mirror is some we don't recognize, then we need to quickly find ourselves and start our journey back to the land of the living again.
