When I was twelve years old, I learned that you have to believe, be born again , receive Jesus Christ as your Saviour be baptized. We all should baptized by emerging our bodies completely in water; just like Jesus did. Jesus didn't get sprinkled with water; he was full cover with water , when he was baptized in the name father, the son, and the Holy Ghost. If we study our bible we will know the correct way of the baptismal.
We are baptized first by believing, and excepting Jesus Christ as our Saviour and deliverer and being born first of the water , then of the Holy Ghost. Being by baptized is the only way we can get to the Kingdom of God. If you have your doubts about the correct way to be baptized, don't take my word for it, please read it for yourself. there are many scripture that telling us about the baptismal of Jesus; and that we all have to baptized, in order to see Jesus.

This is beautiful. I've always found baptism as such a beautiful thing. Thank you for this.
Creativeone59, I truly enjoyed this hub. This is a kind of tender subject for me but I was born into a Catholic family environment and in my adolescent years after catechesum I took my 1st Holy communion. My baptismal was by the sprinkling of the water on my forehead in the name of the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit and I believe in my heart and I've confessed with my mouth the I except Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I was told my a few that I'm not whole because I wasn't submerged full bodied in water. I'm married now into a Baptist church home environment but I haven't been submerged and I want to do it right according to what the word says. My parents and family thinks differently about this but I haven't found anywhere in the bible where it speaks about anything other than being completely emerged. Different religions have their own way of purification. I must speak with my pastor which I haven't done yet about this. Thanks for the enlightenment!
I appreciate the fact that you encourage your readers to look to the bible and not just take your word for it. From my study of the scriptures I too have been convinced that proper baptism involves a full body immersion and not just a sprinkling. At times we tend to just go of off what someone has taught us, and not delve into and prove the scriptures to ourselves. This is another great reminder for us to read and do personal study for ourselves. Thank you creativeone59.
